Important information about tickets and car park

With the Plaza open we wanted to update you on some of the things we have done to maintain the safety of the staff, customers and how we are working inline with the government guidelines.

Before the virus we allowed people just to turn up to get their tickets, unfortunately we will only be operating one till to keep the people in the foyer to a minimum, so we will be pre-selling tickets for all films or you can now book online below.

The reason is because it will firstly keep potential queues down, and the capacity of the screens has been reduced from the following:

SCREEN 1 Downstairs 216 seats to 98 seats
SCREEN 1 Upstairs 380 seats to 135 seats
SCREEN 2 92 seats to 44 seats
SCREEN 3 92 seats to 44 seats

Can we ask that if you are booking online that you select seats appropriate to your party or group number. We have the following seating throughout the auditorium

Two’s x 10
Three’s x 8
Fours x 22
Fives x 4
Six’s x 8

We would ask that you pay by contactless were possible, vouchers are also accepted.

Book now

The Car Park has now reopened for all customers during operating hours.

A member of staff will be located on the entrance to the door to guide people in, two marked spaces are available to wait and this will allow two groups or couples at any given time.

On purchasing tickets you will be ALLOCATED SEATS to sit in PLEASE ensure you sit in the correct seats, also please be advised that customers will rip their own tickets prior to going in screen, ushers will be available to assist. All seats marked off must not be removed as this is part of the Social Distancing strategy that we are adhering to.

We may have some tickets available prior to the performance from the Box Office, but we do not take telephone or reserved bookings.

We will give each screen a thorough clean after each performance, and all other areas will be cleaned down regularly throughout the day. We have hand sanitisers situated throughout the cinema and urge people to use them.

The toilets will be monitored by ushers ensuring that it is utilised sensibly. We will only allow one person at a time unless they are part of a family with children. Please ensure you wash your hands before exiting.

We ask that all customers bring out their rubbish on exiting, this will help the staff clean and prepare the screens for the next performance.

Face coverings must be worn when entering the cinema and in the foyer, these coverings can be taken off during the screening. But if you need to visit the toilet during the screening we ask that you place your face covering back on.

  7. Alan says:

Avid supporter but information very confusing!! Can I and my family just turn up and quire for the revellent. showing?

    • James says:

      Hi Alan,

Sorry if it’s confusing, you can just turn up but be aware that we’re asking people to pre book tickets or ring 0151 474 4076 to book over the phone just to avoid disappointment. As we’re not operating at full capacity on the screens due to social distancing we might have to turn people away because of limited capacity. Hope this helps.

Face coverings are only needed when moving around the cinema during a screening when going the the toilet for example. Once the screening was started face coverings can be taken off during the film.
