Liverpool Arab Arts Festival | Dounia Double Bill | Sunday 13th July

In partnership with the Liverpool Arab Arts Festival 2025 and we’re delighted to announce we’ve collaborated with them to bring more Arab cinema back to the Plaza with our programme.

This year all of the films are family friendly animations: Dounia and the Princess of Aleppo and Dounia – The Great White North, two stories of Dounia, a young Syrian child. Each film is suitable for children aged 6+ and there’ll be a short break between each film.
