The third Plaza 80s of 2024 sees two heavyweight science-fiction action films going toe to toe in a special Plaza 80s Action Double Bill, Predator and RoboCop on Saturday 11th May.
Predator (18)
Predator (1987), the sci-fi action directed by John McTiernan and starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Carl Weathers plus a stellar supporting cast. A team of elite commandos on a secret mission in a Central American jungle come to find themselves hunted by an extraterrestrial warrior.
Robocop (18)
RoboCop (1987), the sci-fi action film directed by Paul Verhoeven and starring Peter Weller. The film centres on police officer Alex Murphy (Weller) who is murdered by a gang of criminals and revived by the megacorporation Omni Consumer Products as the cyborg law enforcer RoboCop.
Tickets are only £10 for two classic 1980s action films on the big screen with DJ Nick Gartland on support with 80s tunes and bar facilities are available.
