On Sunday 24th June @ 8:15pm the Plaza is showing the original 1984 Ghostbusters (PG)
The film is a fundraiser for two volunteers at the Plaza, Lucy & Pagan.
Pagan’s fundraiser is Dig Deep which works to provide schools and communities with access to water and sanitation in rural Kenya. They work in partnership with communities to bring lasting change, building rainwater harvesting systems and latrines; working with communities to ensure that the water supplies are maintained for future generations; and training students, teachers and community leaders in hygiene and sanitation, enabling people to break the cycle of poverty and transform their own lives. Pagan is also climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
Lucy is raising money to go to The 24th World Jamboree in West Virginia USA with the scouts, joining thousands of other scouts from around the world, the motto is “Unlock a New World” to reflect the new adventures, cultures and friendships that will be shared by all scouts, she needs to raise £3500
