Manhattan is plagued by crime, violence and fear, thanks to the evil ways of Shredder and his criminal Foot Clan. But help is on its way from an unlikely source as four super-human super turtles rise up from the filthy subterranean sewers and join forces with news reporter April O’Neil to defeat evil.
